DNS Checker

Enter a domain or URL to see its DNS records: A, AAAA, CNAME, MX, TXT and NS — with every resolved address labeled public or non-public.

What does a DNS lookup tell you?

The checker queries six record families for the host you enter: addresses (A/AAAA), the canonical name (CNAME), mail servers (MX), text records (TXT — SPF policies and verifications live here) and name servers (NS). Every resolved address is labeled public or non-public. The tool only reads DNS — it never connects to any resolved address.

Why look up DNS records?

  • Diagnose mail delivery: MX records and SPF policies (TXT) are visible in full.
  • Verify delegation: NS records show which name servers serve the domain.
  • Explain outages: missing A/AAAA records mean the host does not resolve at all.
  • Audit infrastructure: spot addresses that look internal or non-public.

What you get

One instant check: records grouped by type, public/non-public badges on addresses, the resolver time, and a human-readable reason when the host does not resolve. The tool only reads DNS and never connects to anything it finds.
